Project Overview

The project included the redesign of the entire Pflegia website and their internal system. With the addition of an employer interface concept. The goal was to simplify and accelerate the hiring process for all parties involved. Caregivers can effortlessly find new job opportunities with a single click, while employers can directly connect with suitable candidates and extend concrete job offers. By seamlessly integrating elements of headhunting, job portals, active sourcing, job advertising, and employer branding, Pflegia offers a streamlined solution tailored specifically for the unique needs of care recruitment.
